PodNu may collect your private information in the following ways:
Personally and willingly provided Information: This is the personal information that you provide to us when you go through the registration process to become a user of our app and services. This may include your full name, your physical address, phone number, and other relevant contact details. It may also include credit card/debit card and other payment information if you subscribe to our services or make in-app purchases via our services.
Automatically provided information: Whenever you use our app, some of your personal information may be provided automatically to us by your accessing device. Our web servers are designed to recognize every user's/visitor's IP address, and may automatically collect some information about your browser and operating system, your internet service provider (ISP), your referring and exit pages, clickstream data, as well as your date and time stamp. This category of information is not in any way personal and does not specifically identify you. Rather, it helps PodNu to deploy our services to meet our users' needs better and to enrich their app experience.

Like most apps do, we make use of the cookies technology, as this makes it easy for our app to recognize you and your browser. It does this by capturing and remembering certain information about your browser and allows you to have an enhanced and more fulfilling personalized experience the next time you use the app.

Our app and its content and services are meant for an adult audience and are not targeted towards minors. We will never calculatedly collect personal data from persons under the age of 18, except this is done with parental consent or as permitted by the law.
SOCIAL MEDIA INFORMATION
We may give you the choice of logging in to our services through social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. Should you opt to so log in, you accept that we may obtain certain information that is required for us to enable the PodNu services to access the social network so linked to your PodNu account, as well as the data stored in that particular social network account.
You further agree that a social media network may collect personal information about your use of the PodNu app. You, however, accept that the way a social media network collects, stores, uses, and discloses information is fully governed by the policies of that third party and PodNu shall have no responsibility for the privacy practices as well as other actions of any social network that we may have enabled within our services.

We do all that we can to make sure that your personal information is safe, and we implement a variety of security measures to do this. These security measures include physical, administrative, and technical safeguards as well as the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. Also, your personal information can only be accessed by a limited number of authorized professionals who are thereafter mandated to keep the information confidential.
You however, understand and fully accept that there is no full assurance of data security for information available on or through the internet. We will thus not be liable for the unauthorized access to your personal information that is beyond our control.

Controlling your private information/data: You have all rights to correct and update your private information in our records if you believe that it is erroneous or if it has been deleted. You may also place limitations on how we process your information. You have all the rights to instruct PodNu not to use or process your private information/data in certain circumstances, i.e., for advertising and marketing purposes. You have all the rights to withdraw your agreement, where the processing of your private information is based on your consent. This is however, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
How you can access your information: We want to ensure that your information that we hold is always accurate and up to date. Whenever there are any material changes to your private information/data, please sign in to your account (if any) and edit your profile to reflect the changes, so that we can update our records.
Storage time: You understand and accept that we will maintain the information collected from you for commercially reasonable periods or as per specific policies, unless where proscribed by law. Contact details such as your name, phone number, and email address provided to us by you are stored in our database, and it is our policy to delete such within three months after you have notified us that you no longer wish to use our services.
